Said on 12/4 they were shipping and would deliver by 12/10. On 12/10 I received an email saying that I had return the product--that I had never received--and refunding me only for the product (minus the $5.04 shipping). I had to call amazon.com and spend time on the phone getting the remaining $5 back. What a hassle and still no paddle leash. And amazon couldnt explain what had happened. |
