My favorite pants

I would have liked to give these pants 4.5 stars. The half of star I am subtracting is because they can be expensive if they are not on sale.

They are nice looking enough to wear to work (I work at a high-school where the dress code is casual business attire) or to wear on the weekends. I like the detailing on the sides of the legs and the front pockets.

The rise is almost 9" so they are a low-waisted pant, resting just under the belly button, which is a major reason why they appeal to me so much.

The texture on the outside is a very low-pile velvety fabric that runs on the diagonal. The insides are soft enough to sleep in. These pants are so comfortable I wish I could wear them everyday.

They have stretch. I refuse to wear stretch jeans, but the stretch is great in these pants. Stretchy jeans will stretch out of shape, but these pants look and feel as new as the day I bought them, which is going on a year now.
