You dont have to be a diver to own one. I have it primarily to go jet skiing on the califormia lakes in the winter. All that was stated by the manufacturer is accurate. Its a bit expensive but worth every penny. I own other wet suits -- body glove, oneil, slippery, by far this is the best. Henderson has a customer for life. PS: Im very very picky about quality.
